Law Firm hosts Charity Circle Party

October 16th, 2009 - October 16, 2009 - The Charity Circle of Murfreesboro hosted its After Hours Low Country Shrimp Boil at the law offices of Kious, Rodgers, Barger, Holder & Kious, PLLC.  The party was open to the public and held on the back lawn under a heated tent.  The chilly, wet weather didn’t dampen any spirits as Charity Circle members and friends gathered for this annual fundraiser.  This casual event is a favorite for it’s one-pot menu of shrimp, sausage, potatoes and corn all cooked by Charity Circle members’ husbands and traditionally served piping hot on newspaper.  Rolls, homemade desserts, beverages and festive red and white checked decorations topped off the evening.

Donations were accepted at the door with all monies redistributed to the many non-profits Charity Circle supports including Child Advocacy Center, West Main Mission, Primary Care and Hope Clinic, Rutherford County Food Bank, Special Kids, CASA, Hospice, and the Emergency Fund.
