Attorney J.D. Kious

James David "J.D." Kious is a member of the firm, practicing in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, contracts, wills and estates, probate, and corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.

J.D. is a native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina and his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

J.D. was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2005 and is a member of both the Rutherford County and Tennessee Bar Associations.  J.D. is a 2008 graduate of the Leadership Rutherford program, is a member of the Murfreesboro Rotary Club, and is currently serving as a member of the Rutherford County Adult Activities Center board of directors.
